My HVAC system stopped cooling in the middle of July. I called Chas and he was able to come out that day to look at everything. We he got to my house he assessed this issue and knew he had to get up into my attic space. It was the middle of the day and hot outside and hot inside. So he said that if he went up there at that time anyone would be on the verge of a heatstroke. Which I completely agreed with. They don't know how to return a phone call. I know this is a busy time. But this company is the only one who couldn't take the time to return a call. I have my granddaughter and her 8 month old son here. And we need heat. I wouldn't call this company again if they were the last heating and cooling company out there. No way to run a company.

Did a wonderful job setting up and installing our new side discharge heating and cooling unit. Jonathan, Daniel, and Heath went the extra mile to make sure that our unit was installed in one day even though some different parts were needed that normally they would not need due to the size of our crawl space. They made an extra trip to get the parts and got it installed quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the service! Daniel even works with a smile on his face in the blazing heat. Highly recommend!

This company came out and installed a full unit on our 1965 house that never had central heat and air. It was done in a timely manner, and they left the house clean, like they were never there! Gave us a very fair price! The new unit works great! Thank you! R. Ganey
