Austin from Jackson heating and air was very pleasant , and professional we were so glad that he was able to travel so far to fix our furnace. We were working with a home warranty company that was not a pleasant experience for us but Austin worked with them to make it possible for him to travel the distance to get to our home

We had Jackson Heating & Air install an ERV for us to greatly improve our indoor air quality. They did an excellent job. We'd definitely use them again.

Jackson Heating & Air did an amazing job for us. They really know their stuff—we had been shopping around at various companies, and they were the only ones who were able to set things up the way we wanted. They were really upfront about pricing and timeframes. They worked with us to customize things to meet our needs, including soundproofing our basement per our request to dampen the noise of our ERV, and they were so punctual getting everything done. Highly recommend!!!

Austin is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction but especially in HVAC he has great communication skills and is very reliable i will always be a lifetime customer of Jackson Heating and Air!!!
