Austin was great to work with. He checked out our broken furnace and was able get the part and make the repair all in the same day. He was very open about what the cost would be, so there weren't any hidden surprises.

I have had an exceptional experience with Jackson Heating and Air. Austin responded on same day that I called about our AC not working, He checked the system and made an appointment to fix it as I thought it would work. Our 23 year old house had an R22 system and we had had it with the problems and wanted to upgrade the furnace to new freon system. Austin and Lindsay arrived and went to work the next day. Three people previously came to “fix” my AC and it still wasn’t working, I called Austin and he came out to check it and quickly found the problem he was able to fix it and I’ve had no problems since then I definitely recommend Jackson heating & air they are great !!
