I have had an exceptional experience with Jackson Heating and Air. Austin responded on same day that I called about our AC not working, He checked the system and made an appointment to fix it as I thought it would work. Our 23 year old house had an R22 system and we had had it with the problems and wanted to upgrade the furnace to new freon system. Austin and Lindsay arrived and went to work the next day. Three people previously came to “fix” my AC and it still wasn’t working, I called Austin and he came out to check it and quickly found the problem he was able to fix it and I’ve had no problems since then I definitely recommend Jackson heating & air they are great !!
Austin was super helpful! He came to our house quickly and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the AC, he checks up on it frequently and is always there to answer my questions quickly! Definitely recommend!
