I have used Jackson Hart for a number of years for plumbing work. I started using them when we had an emergency pipe detachment and the fixed it quickly and for a reasonable cost. I've also used them for fitting new dishwasher pipes, fixing a toilet and boiler servicing and they do a good job for a reasonable price.

There was clear communication via email from the start, prompt responses. We booked in for specific times and they turned up on time. They worked efficiently and took care to do a good job, also answering all my annoying questions. We used them to cap a gas line before kitchen renovations, and then to install and reconnect the new hob afterwards. Fairly priced and will definitely use again.

I went with Jackson Hart for my full bathroom renovation and new boiler install. I went from a small very closed off bathroom with a full shower enclosure to a walk in shower, hanging vanity unit and wall hung toilet and an unbelievable amount of space now. The job was done perfectly and I was kept informed the full way through and asked what heights I wanted the toilet and vanity unit hung at all these little details made it feel like I was fully involved in having the bathroom exactly how i wanted it. We have lived in a cold house for 2 years thinking it was our windows and after working with the team at Jackson Hart we finally have a warm house. They went out of their way to find a replacement part for our boiler that was no longer available and always turned up on time as scheduled. Definitely recommend this company.
