I needed to get warranty information for our entire fleet and Hunter Corun was the lucky guy to answer the phone. He told me what information he needed from me and when I sent over the list of trucks, he had it back to me the same day! I appreciate the quick turnaround time for such a big request!
Jackson Group Peterbilt Boise had my dump truck for three weeks so that I could get the clutch replaced. When I called them they said they could fit it in the shop the next day. I got it towed down to them on a thursday night night and they got it in the shop on Monday. Long story short once they found out what clutch they needed they left it up to the parts department to source the clutch and fly wheel that they needed to get the job done. My husband needed to get back on the road so they got his truck done within the next few hours. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and also very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond customer service by being so friendly and letting me pick out one of their Peterbilt sweaters. I would definitely recommend them and make the drive from Caldwell location just because of their service.
