apartment is great with large rooms, washer and dryer in the units - nice area- BUT!!!!! When it comes to being a few days late the charge is $50.00 for anything paid later than 5 days and if you are late 10 days they bring you to court to get you evicted not 30 days!! 10 days then they expect you to pay 250.00 for lawyer fees and another 50.00 for court filling fees. talk about useless paperwork and the useless time in our already backed up court systems- and as far as moving out forget about the deposit you'll only get a t... read more
