I am incredibly disappointed in the service Jackson Glass provided. About a week after having my bay window tinted, the seal on a window that has never given us problems suddenly failed. I called to have a technician assess it and was met with immediate defensiveness. Jackson Glass is amazing, when other glass shops said it would take 2-3 weeks to measure and repair our storm broken window, they had the repaired window back to me in under 2 days!

A client of mine had a broken vinyl window that needed to be repaired. I called to confirm that was something they do and their staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I was expecting this to take at least a week and it only took them two days. I will definitely be using them for similar repairs and shower enclosures.
