On 4/15/25 had oil leaking out of my transmission. I thought my plug fell out. Turns i have a internal transmission cooler that leaked antifreeze into the transmission and was coming out the breather. Let me stay in the lot overnight and even gave me a extension cord to plug into a outside outlet for a space heater I have. Next morning they got the part installed and 2 1/2 hours later i was on my way. Really great group of guys. If I ever get by there again I might stop and buy them lunch. Thanks for all you did for me
Great ih dealer for parts and service
My wife was in an accident on Thursday morning. Told the police we didn't care who towed it, but told them where we wanted it towed to. Friday afternoon, her car is still sitting at Jackson's. Keeping it there to jack up the bill. My wife had already been through enough to have that on top of it. Very unprofessional. Do not use these people unless you want ripped off!!!!
We had been told our frame possibly was bent on our motorhome by another shop that wasn’t able to fix it. We were referred to Jacksons for further evaluation. As it turned out it only needed a front end alinement and the toe-end was wrong on the alignment. Nice to have a company like Jacksons that could do the work and provide great service. Thanks to Steve and the staff.
