Our Ranger blew the boost hose to the intercooler off towing our caravan from Huonville to the spirit of Tasmania on our way home to Vic on a Friday afternoon. I just want to say thanks to the crew at Ford for sorting it out quickly on the day for us to get home to Vic on Saturday.
A few months ago I bagged out Jackson Ford Devonport regarding their lack of after care and support for their customers and I felt they needed to do better. Well Today I want to say and send a big shout out of Thankyou to Darren from the parts section and the service team, not only did Darren find me a battery, he also rang me back with the technical specifications for my Ford Ranger that I was seeking.
