I ve not had a bad experience with JEA. From the front desk, the techs and my doctor, Mark Kosko, everyone has been professional and courteous. I’ve had 2 surgeries with great outcomes. I have never felt rushed. I would recommend JEA without reservation.
I have actually 2 reviews. My mom had a vague complaint of blurred vision and some pain. I got her to call Dr. Smith. He saw her right away (this was a Friday at noon). Dr. Smith immediately diagnosed my mom with a third cranial nerve aneurysm. She had surgery the next day. I truly believe Dr. Smith saved my mom’s life. I hit my left eye Wednesday late afternoon Wednesday and didn’t think much about it. The following day I had some floaters and some flashing of light. Friday morning it was significantly worse.
