History Established in 2003. We opened in 2003 in the Walmart location in Monkey Junction. We added the location in Walmart in Leland when the store opened in 2007. We have a third location inside the newer Walmart in Porters Neck. Though we are independent of Walmart, we are happy to provide care in such a convenient location. Came yesterday to get my eyes checked. Dr Van was wonderful! She took her time with me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. All the staff were friendly too. I went next door and got a pair of progressives and readers. Hopefully I can pass line 6 at the DMV now. lol
A shout out to Jackson Eye Associates in Leland. My husband Bob had a check-up yesterday and had the privilege of getting Dr. Van. She was extremely detailed and explained everything. She took the time to ask if there were any questions and that he had understood everything fully. The staff was super helpful!
