Showed up for just a car wash about 10 minutes before they closed on Saturday 8/30/2025. There were employees in the shop with the shop doors open when I arrived. There was a car in the wash and one about to get a wash. When I get up to the payment station I select my wash and tried to pay. My card doesn’t work. I try two more card both don’t work. Usually find no fault, however today 6/29 about 3:02, paid for the deluxe plus bug spray 16.00 drive forward was stopped way further back then normal. Had a rinse of clear water and was then given the arrow to drive forward and the dryers went on. No wash, nothing I paid for. Want a refund but no one answers.
Quite happy with Jackson Express Wash. Their service menu is clear, prices seem reasonable, our car comes out clean, and nothing touches the car. I can't think of anything else to ask if then. Really glad we have them in Jackson!
I went to this carwash and paid for the $14.00 car wash I followed the prompt green arrow to go and I kept driving forward and it never gave me the X to stop so it never washed my car I lost that money yesterday. I want my money back called and they don’t answer 😠
This car wash supremely sucks!! It's no-contact and the spray is not pressurized. Came here after a rainstorm and my car was still filthy, especially along the bottom trim.
