Donna and mickey on the support staff have no bedside or patient manner. Dr. Jackson is a great doctor. She's just surrounded by rotten apples in her office. Not surrounded it's worth it
Dr Jackson is the best doctor I have ever been involved with in my life. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and efficient. She took care of my Mom and Dad and she has been my doctor for over 25 years. Never a bad appointment.
26 jul 24- why is the phone going to an answering service during business hours? Same thing happened yesterday. I left a message for a nurse to call me on Monday afternoon, while the office was open. Here we are at Thursday, and have yet to receive a call. Not impressed. Still no return call, 4 days later. Why have a voicemail for nurses if no one returns calls.
