I thought I had moved over enough money from savings to checking to cover the Jackson EMC bill when I paid it, but I didn’t. I’m getting married next week and ig more bills came out than expected. They charged me an additional $30 on top of an already OUTRAGEOUS bill and put it on my record that the payment bounced. Mind you, this bill wasn’t even due for another 2 weeks. The power always goes out and they take forever to patch the problem instead of just fixing it once
Just moved into Jackson EMC service area. The staff was very helpful in setting up our account and auto payment. A person actually answers the phone!!! Great customer service!
