Really rude right of way managers. I was extremely polite about damage to my fence by a contractor hired by Jackson EMC. My fence is clearly out of the right of way and they hung their tools on my fence, bending metal grid so much it snapped it off and collapsed and allowing my livestock to escape. There was no return phone call by Jackson EMC. By the time the manager arrived I had hired someone to fix the fence. I felt 7 days for a response was a long time and he did not see it that way. JacksonEMC has been a great power company. They notify when there may be something in the area affecting our home. They are quick to react to any power outages and restore our service. I don't have any complaints.
Great honest service and low rates.
I thought I had moved over enough money from savings to checking to cover the Jackson EMC bill when I paid it, but I didn’t. I’m getting married next week and ig more bills came out than expected. They charged me an additional $30 on top of an already OUTRAGEOUS bill and put it on my record that the payment bounced. Mind you, this bill wasn’t even due for another 2 weeks.
