Just like this country, they are a scam. You mean to tell me, If I discontinued my service you take a whole month to return my deposit but y’all want the deposit upfront going on?!! Every company in the U.S. is a scam. The policies y’all make up is definitely to make me suffer and struggle.
Absolute trashy company that is a monopoly in many areas forcing you to take the abusive fees.
If you can get power elsewhere DO! They Bill before the end of month and are very quick to disconnect service to charge $70 reconnect fee.
