I have never had a complaint with jackson emc...always been great service...but I don't approve of how power is restored based on the population density of outages...I do get the reason why ...but i pay my bill on time and pay the same rates as someone in Hall or Gwinnett counties...yet because I live in a rural area I get to lose all my fridge food ...sweat all night...can't shower...etc...because I happen to be a little further out. Otherwise I'm happy with jemc
This is the most trash ass power company ever been out of power for a day cant even give customers and update whatsoever DO NOT GO WITH JACKSON EMC EVER!!!!!! Every small rain or ligtning in the sky the power is out Every month its sad and pathetic
No updates or communication with customers whatsoever. Every little drop of rain the power is out. Do better communicating.
This company is awesome never had a issue and if I do they come out and fix the issue promptly
