I am very happy with Jackson EMC. We have had power outages due to the weather and location, but Jackson EMC has always been quick to get up back up and operating.
I've never had trouble with Jackson EMC
I have never had a complaint with jackson emc...always been great service...but I don't approve of how power is restored based on the population density of outages...I do get the reason why ...but i pay my bill on time and pay the same rates as someone in Hall or Gwinnett counties...yet because I live in a rural area I get to lose all my fridge food ...sweat all night...can't shower...etc...because I happen to be a little further out. Otherwise I'm happy with jemc
