I reported a tree on my property which endangered the line going to my house and Jackson EMC had a crew out at my residence the next day or so. They even left wood chippings which I used to mulch around my trees and bushes! All this was free, just part of their wonderful service and consideration for their customers.

I love this company. Always friendly staff that actually answer the phone. I responded to a request the published regarding potential problematic tree limbs. Within a week they visited my home and approved them removing the tree. All done and beautiful job cleaning up.
