Had Jackson EMC for almost 19 years. When i first started with them I constantly had issues. However they have gotten significantly better with customer service, payment arrangements and communication.

I be been with Jackson EMC for years and am thankful for the service they provide
Best power company i have ever used. Updates and info provided. E billing is pretty standard these days, but Jackson EMC is easier and better than some others I use. Our neighborhood has underground lines and we have only lost power in a few storms over 7 years, and then only for minutes, not hours or days. (That's a combo of good provider and good fortune.)
