Called to request a quote for a project and was told "we're not interested", which is completely fine. I then asked if there were any other contractors in the area you may suggest or know and was told "nope, none of them would recommend us, so why would I recommend them." Bad business practice.
Mr. Francis came out on good Friday to help me with some electrical work. He is awesome he explained everything to me and his pricing is very fair. You can't go wrong with Jackson electrical ask for Francis

Cannot recommend Francis enough. Our breaker box nearly caught on fire due to someone incorrectly wiring our indoor and outdoor breaker (it literally had scorch marks and melted wires in our box). We thought we just needed at new outlet or something but when Francis caught this huge error, you can imagine our surprise.
