We reached out to Jackson Egress Windows to have two egress windows installed in our basement underneath our living room. They had a competitive quote that was very very close to another egress window installer but we went with Jackson Egress because of the product for the window well and the time frame to get it done. The crew that did the install was very professional and was done within a few hours. I would like to thank Jackson Egress for doing a very good job and working with us on the excavations. Thank you.
It was a great job they did👏 Four people team with lots of experience, very polite, respectful and professional. They finished the job in about half day in a light raining day but without leaving any mess inside the basement and outside the yard 👍 Beautiful egress window like a door to be able to get out easily and with cover on the top to prevent leaves and trash accumulated there. The crew did a good job opening up my existing small window and installed the egress window. But they broke my remote controlled window shades instead of taking it down. It’s not a big deal but they did not even mention it to me. Just left a set of brocken shade there. I reported this to the sales representative, Paul. But I was ignored with no response. Maybe they can say a sorry at least😔
We had the best experience! Arrived on time and got straight to work. Very courteous, great to our children who were fascinated by their work and the final product is beautiful! Highly recommend.
