I have been going here for a few years and never had an issue. However, I recently used them for a few basic services and I already have issues. For instance, one pair of pants that were dry cleaned still had very noticeable wrinkles and the other pair of pants that were hemmed were not dry cleaned at all when requested. These maybe small but could be a sign of things to come, may have to look elsewhere for dry cleaning.
Quick friendly and quality service. Please note, I was told Jackson cleaners was bought out by another company based in St. George. All Cleaning items will take longer When they transition because items will be sent to St. George for cleaning and returned.
