We hired Jackson Design Build for a major remodel of our 1908 Phinney Ridge bungalow, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. We originally met them at the Seattle Home and Garden show and selected them based on their expertise with vintage Seattle homes. JDB remodeled all 3 bathrooms, plus laundry room, in our 1960’s home in Shoreline. Lisa and Reed walked us through the design process, making creative choices within the space constraints. Simon’s value engineering comparisons clarified our choices. The planning and workmanship during construction were excellent.
