We were new to area & got a flyer in the mail offering reduced x-rays cost for new patients. I went in to have my teeth cleaned & found they had no one other than the dentist to do the cleaning. They took x-rays & then the dentist did a poor cleaning job. I was told the x-rays showed I needed two crowns replaced ASAP & I also had one cavity that should be taken care of soon. I got a flyer in the mail from Jackson Dentistry when I was new in the area. $99 New patient Special, comprehensive dental exam, full set digital xrays. The dental hygenist did not do a 4 quad cleaning, lacked equipment to do it. The xrays promised did not happen, went thru the steps for doing few side xrays then came out with picture of front teeth not mine, line drawn down between 2 front teeth for cavity. Dr. Romine & the entire staff at Jackson Dentistry are compassionate, patient, professional & extremely competent. I needed cleaning, extractions, crowns & partials & all were completed efficiently by the caring staff. Their team work is awesome.
Dr. Jackson and his staff are excellent. He spent a great deal of time discussing treatment options. I've had three extractions, all pain-free.
