Unsafe place! Infected with roaches and rats. Management is a joke, they do nothing about marihuana smokers! The new management crew is mad and rude all the time. PEOPLE STEAL YOUR PACKAGES HERE!! AND MANAGEMENT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.
Terrible first impressions! I scheduled a tour and after driving two hours to get to this place, I was told the online system doesn't work and that they would not show me any places. For all you who want to rent here, dont. Huge red flags all over the place. The office staff seemed lazy and annoyed that I even showed up to disrupt their siesta. The online photos look nice but the place smells bad and is pretty neglected.
I booked a tour there on Sunday online for an appointment for Tuesday today, and when I got there, the representative told me they didn’t have anyone bedroom apartments available. The website showed that they were two available.
Bad first impression! I scheduled a tour a week before my tour. I waited 30 mins just for the Hispanic leasing agent with the curly bush to acknowledge me. She held a 30min conversation on her personal cellphone. When she got off the phone she didn’t greet me. Terrible customer service!!! I told her I was here for a tour and she stated “how?
