Didn't have the ratchet style petrol cap in stock, so dug up an old one from out the back to get me by. No charge. Great customer service.

I was in desperate need of some difficult to source Stihl cutter parts for my elderly mother's beloved (old) hand trimmer. The (new) manager was an absolute gentleman and literally moved heaven and earth to get me the rare parts. Better still, they were a lot cheaper than I had expected, but genuine factory parts nonetheless. This was my third purchase under the newer management and the experiences have all been first rate. This business was always excellent, but it has improved. I'd recommend them unconditionally.
