Seems to have gone downhill of late. Maybe there’s been a change in owner. I ordered a chainsaw bar - that they really should have had in stock - two weeks ago. It’s not there today and seems like they forgot to order it until I complained earlier this week. This used to be the place to go for service, especially for STIHL. You used to have to queue for service. Now the place seems empty. Sad!
Craig was very knowledgeable and answer any queries I had in depth, and was very friendly. Will definitely be returning
