If you have storage needs and wish to work with customer-first driven people, an organization that is understanding and helpful as well as OVERLY FAIR with quality units at varying sizes, Jackson County Storage is your place in Jackson County. Jackson County Storage is that last place to go. We had a storage unit there for over 3 years. Lights were always burned out so you couldn't see in unit. The main reason for my poor rating is because thee ceiling literally fell in on all my stuff in my storage unit. It stayed this way for months until I finally complained enough that they went in and removed the fallen ceiling and repaired. No discount was given, no apology or offer to clean up the mess.
