Jackson County Storage is that last place to go. We had a storage unit there for over 3 years. Lights were always burned out so you couldn't see in unit. The main reason for my poor rating is because thee ceiling literally fell in on all my stuff in my storage unit. It stayed this way for months until I finally complained enough that they went in and removed the fallen ceiling and repaired. No discount was given, no apology or offer to clean up the mess.
