There's something very fishy about how they charge people that use their prepaid electricity service. They tell you not to pay attention to their app. (Example) It will show you have 50 days the next day it show 45, but if your paying only based of off the usage like they state, then it wouldn't be 45 days left it be 49. Something is not right about how they have it set up.

They cut my power off on the 13th and my bill wasn’t due until the 24th when I asked about it they said that they couldn’t do anything until a reconnection fee was paid even though they cut it off early I wouldn’t suggest living anywhere where they service. New update turned power back on and in less than 24 hours racked up a $371.05 bill on pre pay. How in the hells bells is that possible heat set on 65 degrees, only used 2 house hold lights. Horrible how can you charge double what Duke energy charges yet you can't even keep the lights on during a little rainstorm it's literally drizzling and my power is out again I just don't understand why are we paying more money then Duke energy's customers and their electric stays on during massive storms I think you need to get your stuff together and start figuring out how to put all the money people pay you into better equipment and faster response times to when the power goes out I think it's time to go solar!!!!!!
