I'm trying to hook up new service with them and they require certain requirements to be done for an outside outlet (box provided by myself). I've called and asked for the pamphlet that tells the measurements and my obligations, somehow they don't wish to send it so I can become a paying customer and have electricity. I have called and asked 4 times for it to be mailed and every time, I am told "absolutely" yet, not one person bothers to send the information...
Never had a problem with electric or Internet. Very happy customer here
Had to have a generator installed. The guys were out here on time and had everything don’t in a couple of hours.
There's something very fishy about how they charge people that use their prepaid electricity service. They tell you not to pay attention to their app. (Example) It will show you have 50 days the next day it show 45, but if your paying only based of off the usage like they state, then it wouldn't be 45 days left it be 49. Something is not right about how they have it set up.
