Overpriced and understaffed... Key features are often broken or unavailable. I was so excited to see this place open. I immediately purchased a family membership for a full year paid up front to support them. The facility is beautiful and seemed a great thing for the community. In short order, the pools started closing at unpredictable times due to life guard coverage. Communications about this were spotty and poor. Rock wall and diving board are always closed for lap swimmers even though there's a whole other half a pool with plenty of lanes for them to use. Boring little pool the kids are done with before they even get started. Why have a rock wall and diving board if the kids can never get on them?
Looks really nice. Call before visiting, hours didn't match the website. Saturday closes at 5pm
