They added a new staff member recently and her attitude is trash. Or entitled. I don’t know which one is better. For the past 10 years when any of my husbands family has needed an appointment set up, they would have either me or him call to schedule the appointment because they couldn’t speak English. Just went here to get my daughter caught up on shots the health department said they are backed up like two weeks cause or flu shots man they looked soooo busy today as per usual I’m sure.. she needs for school theirs literally no one in the parking lot no one in the waiting room I arrived maybe 10 minutes late even called beforehand before the actual appointment time to let them know I was running behind a few minutes and as soon as I get there apparently I was already considered a “no show” even though my husband literally... read more

We get my sons WIC here they are always really nice and get us in and out pretty quickly.

Don't know what the point is of making appointments because we are always waiting for at least an hour and a half after our appointment time in the lobby before we go back. If you have to come here make sure to make an appointment early in the morning on a day that you don't have anything else planned because you are going to spend at least three hours here.
