I never do google reviews but this one felt necessary. I would NEVER recommend the Jackson co health department. The lady that “helped” me at the desk was extremely rude. I had basic questions, I am young and do not completely understand how everything works. I had basic questions about starting birth control, getting an appointment and how much it would cost. She looked at me like I was stupid for not knowing how this works. All I wanted was some basic questions answered. Highly HIGHLY disappointed in our health department.
