People in blue springs office were very nice but when I called business office about an error on my bill got voicemail left a message but my call was never returned very poor business practice they didn't waste any time on sending me a bill though less than 30 days from visit
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I received a referral from my PCP in oak grove to see a gastroenterologist to determine the cause of my gut health problems. I was told they would reach out to me shortly on July 21st it is now July 25th and I just received a call from the receptionist. She informed me they had no available appointments until August 28th, I was also informed that they wouldn't have a gastroenterologist available for the appointment so I would be seen a nurse practitioner. Well, I was there today to see Kristy Hammer the nurse practitioner. She did a very very good job and answered all questions because I’m one of those patients.. And that’s why I started with Dr. VARDACTIS because he spent a lot of time with his patients . And the lady at the desk was very very nice.
