Had a lot of issues in the beginning with things not being done right and a lot of sloppy work, however things seem to be getting straightened out now. Adam has stepped in and he shows that he cares about the work he is doing on my house and he wants to make sure it is done right!
It has been about five months and still can’t get a scheduled date to get a roof repaired.
They have done alot of work at my house. And are getting ready to do more for me. I would recommend them. Friendly and professional.
About a year and a half ago Jackson construction installed a walk-in shower in my home. The floor of the shower has already sunk in and cracked. I am 77 years old and I don't need to fall through a shower floor. I called the company and was told by the person who answered the phone that it was not their problem and the only thing he would do was give me a price on installing a new one which I would have to pay for.
