I have not received a call concerning test results from a visit over a week ago. I have called to speak with the doctor’s nurse FOUR times in 12 days. I receive the answer that I will hear back and I still have not. This is unprofessional and definitely not good business practice. I’m most disappointed with this clinic and doctor.

Very disappointed in the clinic overall. I've been seeing Dr Preston for 4 years and still having the same symptoms. Like in another review, he put tubes in my ears years 2 ago... I still have 1 tube and recently went to my primary care for an ear infection (I work nights and don't live in jackson) who told me to reach back out Dr. Preston's office... This Dr changed my life. For the first time in my life I can breath clearly. While on a routine hearing visit he looked in my nose and discovered I had a deviated septum. He performed the surgery and I am living a new comfortable life. So glad he went the extra mile and discovered my condtion.

I am writing this in leau of my mothers experience and now side effects of a procedure that he performed. She is 78 years old and has been experiencing ear pain and fluid in her ears. She visited him and he decided to put tubes in her ears at 78 years old. She's never had them. 2 weeks later she had to have the right one removed by him. She still was having issues thinking it was stopped up. She decided to go to Shea clinic in Memphis.
