Nurse practitioner was good and they were nice there but that is all. They constantly break HIPPA, do tests without consent, and put errors in the files. I do not recommend them. Sad part is the nurse practitioner has potential, but will be held back due to Jackson clinic themselves, and the unwilling to further education. Men do get treated differently than females. Been going here for over 20 years when Dr Reiter was in the office. Since she has retired, and Danna Castleman and Lindsey Barnett have taken the positions there, my family and I still get excellent care. From the Nurses, to the Labs and the ladies up front. They are always kind, compassionate and make you feel you and your health is their number one priority. Yes, sometimes you do wait a little bit, but it’s worth it with it in my opinion.
