Outstanding service provided by Jackson Climate Science. Craig installed and maintained my parents' air conditioner in their home during the sweltering summer. The entire service, from the initial inquiry to the completion of installation was smooth and efficient. My parents, were extremely impressed with Craig's professionalism and the wealth of knowledge Craig has with various air conditioning systems. I recently had my machine chiller stopped working which forced all my machines offline. I tried 5 other aircon repairs who had no idea how to fix it and quoted on new chiller with 6 weeks lead time. As a last attempt I called Jackson Climate Science and I wish I called him first. Craig was very prompt and arrived at the time he said he would. Took a look at our machine and worked out it was the water pumps. Very little info on this machine but though tests he worked out what size the pumps are and found a pump in Perth that ... read more
