Had an amazing haircut at Ozzy and Efe!! They really know what they are doing. Experts of the craft. Really understand what you want and tailor it to your specification.
He asked me how I wanted to get my haircut, but then decided to cut differently from what I told him. I requested changes twice, at the end, I just gave up. Also, he runs the buzzer back-and-forth harshly, pulling my hair. Not sure that’s how you should treat customers.
I made a reservation for scissor cut, but instead i got a 10 min quick cut. Besides, out of that 10 minutes, 3 minutes he was talking to the other person. Clearly not paying any attention to me.
Ozzy, my brother from another mother! He gave me a haircut that was even better than I had hoped and he paid so much attention to every detail! I’m definitely coming back. Thanks Ozzy!
