We had a friend drive up from FL, he thought something wasn't right with his vehicle, my husband took him to Hope Mills to see if someone could take a look at his car. Even though it was after 5:30 the guys at Jackson's took the time to have a look and help him out without charge. Amazing customer service and great guys!

Worst service I've ever experienced. I'm having my trucks motor rebuilt and my mechanic sent it to jacksons to only have the motor pulled out, and it's been sitting there for 3 weeks. They haven't done anything as when I call to ask when they'll even start on it he lies to me an says he'll start on it tomorrow. I drive by every day on my way to work.
