A few years ago they left the dip stick open on my sprinter, told me I needed a new engine and turbo (at 160,000 miles), got a second opinion and the engine was completely fine, we have put 10,000 miles on it, no problems. On top of other crazy high quotes, instead of saying they would prefer not to work on our vehicle. They want your money, that's it.
