Dont use this mechanic. Over 35 years experience my ass. Installed an alternator. One of the mounting bolts on the top looks cross threaded cause its half way out. And now the battery light is on.
I thought my alternator went out, Mr. Frank came to my location and diagnosed the issue and realized that my battery was bad. What a relief! I purchased a new battery and he installed it in minutes. I had a second issue with the start/stop system, turned out there was a second battery (auxiliary) that needed to be changed as well. Mr. Frank returned a second time to install that one for me as well. Frank and his wife were a pleasure to work with.
Awesome from the start to end. Communication, arrival and service provided. They came in a cutch. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I will be calling on them again. Most definitely. Thanks guys your awesome.
.i take back everything I said. Frank is a good guy. Another issue just popped up my son said. It’s my oil filter housing.
I made appointment for 5:30 pm. I was waiting outside for over an hour to make sure I did not miss them. They never showed up.
