This credit union is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve made multiple calls, and on every single one, the phone just rang without anyone answering. It’s infuriating!
I’ve been with them for 5+years this year they locked my card, gave me no warnings. I’ve been trying to call them for a ENTIRE WEEK & NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! & by the time im off work they’re closed. Ridiculous honestly. Will be switching.
The Clinton location one day, I went in to speak to account advisor about my account. I didnt have a pleasant experience that I would usual have. Lady account advisor had an attitude. Soon as i walked in her in office she gave me a look like she didnt want me to come. I sat down and told her about my account. She just had an attitude like she didnt want to be bothered. I will just go to the hwy 18 location in the future. Very disappointed.
The wait was excruciating. I went to pay off a loan at the Jackson location and waited 20 minutes then left and went to the Byram location where I was able to walk in and take care of my business.
