I wanted to share my experience as a customer at JAFCU. This credit union is great. I have always had great customer service here. Casey Ross is especially exceptional when it comes to customer service. She is very attentive, answer all questions, and time management is very good. Thanks Casey
Enjoyed experience so far. Received small loan 2 months after joining. Good service. I guess for security purposes u can’t use bank to bank transfer or with no other entity?
I’m feeling this bank at all it’s always something going can’t use your card or the system down as a member should you get a call or a email
This is the worst bank ever! The debit cards decline for no reason at all and it takes 10 days for check deposits to clear. It’s embarrassing to have your card decline while at a restaurant or making groceries when you have plenty of money in your account. Not to mention that now the entire banking system is down. Currently we are unable to use our cards, transfer money, use ATMs or even use a shared branch! And the bank has done NOTHING about it. I would not recommend anyone to open an account with this bank.
