I am not sure what star rating to give here... Overall, I love Dr. Jackson and his services; however, his receptionists lack professionalism and service. I have called 3 times over the last month to inquire about services for my horse. Every time I got the response "Dr. Jackson will call you back." One time only requesting a quote for a float and another time calling to schedule a float. I'm sure Dr. Jackson has more important things to be doing than calling clients for simple things like that.
