Mallory stayed connected to my family and I our entire year of planning for the wedding and answered every single question no matter how important or silly it was. She is so on top of her game and knows how’s to plan, conduct, and organize such a wonderful food selection. We were fortunate enough to have Jackson & Co cater our wedding and all we can say is wow. From the very beginning the service was top notch. Jackson & Co catered the food at my daughter's wedding, and I am soooo glad they did!! Working with Mallory at Jackson & Company was a phenomenal experience! The food was beyond incredible!!
