Jackson Air & Heat was amazing in regards to fixing my HVAC Unit. Alex and the crew came out and didn't try to upsell me on replacing my evaporator coil like a few other companies I called and the part came in exactly the amount of time they stated. Working with Miss Connie was also awesome. She was super responsive and always happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely recommend Jackson Air to anyone having HVAC issues in the Houston area!

The other day, I had a smile on my face as the Jackson air truck pulled into the driveway. Was expecting David. Was not expecting Alex. The two of them were the most courteous and professional gentleman that I have had the pleasure of interacting with in some time. They made my repairs, in the 90+ degree weather, yet never had less than a smile on their faces. I am thankful that I now have two smiling faces to greet me the next time that I need service with my air conditioning system. Thank you guys. You are the best.
On time and diagnosed problem quickly. Another company said I needed a new AC system. Jackson’s tech Jorge was able to pinpoint the problem and it was an easy fix for 1/30th of the cost of a new AC system.
As always, I get impeccable service from Jackson Air.. The service technicians are always respectful and professional. I highly recommend Jackson Air.
