I recently had a technician from Jackson Air & Heat come out to diagnose my outdoor AC unit, which had a broken blade. The technician confirmed that the blade itself was covered under my Trane warranty — a $130 part. However, I was shocked when they tried to charge me $550 in labor for an installation that would take only about 30 minutes. David arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. He got started on the inspections and did a very thorough job. He tested each unit, fixed a minor issue and recommended some work that might need to be done in the future. He was courteous and worked efficiently to complete the job.
