Had 13 windows installed, guaranteed lifetime replacement, lies. 3 windows failed called for replacement and was told there supplier has changed, how convenient , no warranty I was told. Buyer beware
I had my windows put in and each, and every one of them leaked when it rained they came they replaced them. They upgraded me to triple pain and when they put them in the windows are not square you could tell that they’re on an angle I would never ever recommend Jack’s wholesale to anybody. They do shotty work and half of them don’t even know what they’re doing.
This was a great company 20 years ago. I went to take some screens to have repaired and the building is abandoned. Read some these reviews and this is a very sad sign of the times. What a terrible shame.

Would like to file criminal charges of fraud and theft against this owner but that would mean filing in Florida.. since he's living off of everyone's hard earned money that he swindled. Total scumbag!!!
