What warranty? In the beginning I was very pleased with Jack's. However, a few yrs down the road and I cannot get them to stand by their warranty. It seems the manufacturer of my windows is out of business. I have 20, twenty, foggy windows and no recourse.

Fast, Inexpensive I had to get an attorney to get out of my first window contract, as it had been over three months and our windows were still not in.
