The food was absolutely wonderful! I had the chicken club myself, but my entire table was very happy with their orders. The garlic bread was phenomenal. The service was a bit slow at times, but our server David was very friendly and efficient and the food runner (we didn’t get his name) was awesome! Food was incredibly subpar. However, Marla & her customer service was TopShelf. Fries are freezer show string, burger was flavorless. Poutine had next to no gravy & minimal curds. Even then, the gravy was brown water. Zero Chef experience in this Kitchen. For the price? I would of gone elsewhere. Meh. Won't return.
A HUGE thank you to Millad! From the time we got there to the time we left, he was awesome. My brother just arrived from Germany yesterday and my friends and I took him to Jack's for dinner. Millad was friendly, courteous, and very attentive to our needs. He topped off our evening with a special dessert for my brother. It was a dinner that none of us will forget! Oh yah, the food was awesome, too!! Thank you, Millad, for making it so memorable!!
