I am not sure if this store just opened or is having a major issue. There was so many items missing. You walk down the isles and you see where products should be yet nothing. I hope they can finish stocking the store. I was disappointed with the lack of options and inventory.

I've had mixed experiences at Jack's...either very knowledgeable or totally clueless employees here. Well stocked store, needs to get "more word of mouth out" for business!
New store smells like body odor when you walk in the door really bad, doesn't feel like the old store. One of the employees was helpful.
This True Value never has anything every single time I am forced to go to Home Depot. What a waste of time when in a rush.
