If I could leave a negative star review, I sure wouldn’t hesitate. I stopped past Jack’s tire today to get 2 tires mounted on 2 rims. I was stated that my valve stems were old and may need to be replaced. I observed them and decided not to change them. At this point they proceeded to unmount my old tires and mount my new tires. During the process of the un-mounting; they had a problem removing the old tire, and they broke off the head of the valve stem on the inside of the rim. I pulled in to get a plug in my tire and they were able to take care of me right away! Pricing was fair. The service was great and my plug held up great!
Almost lost my life due to this shops negligence. They put a tire on my car and over torqued the bolt . I almost got in a car accident and told the manager about it . He was insensitive about my case . I slept in my car that day due to va police trying to impound my car cause it was immobile. Showed him where the bolts snapped and he still acted like I was lieing . And said he would give a discount which didn’t make sense considering I almost died . 10-10 don’t recommend. Will never use this shop again .
