Took my car in for an alignment after doing major suspension work with a trusted mechanic. Despite clear “toe-in” issues, the shop claimed the tie rods were maxed out, still charged me $80, and didn’t adjust anything. When I returned after replacing the knuckle, they were dismissive, saying they wouldn't work on my car unless I got new tires, and claimed they were too busy—despite the shop being empty. I had a totally unpleasant experience at this place. They damaged the tire sensors on my vehicle and took no responsibility for the damage caused. It was very unpleasant. Do not go to this place.
This team is fast, friendly and thorough. I knew I had an alignment issue, but with 230k miles I expected a couple other underlying issues may need to be addressed. Jon showed me the wear on the tires (the inside tread was separated and bald), and the struts were original. Ernie got the parts in that day, and I was on the road again by the end of the day. Jacks is my go-to shop now.

I recommend Jack’s tires above all others. The service was spectacular. You talk to them over the phone when you get there they remember exactly what was said. They take care of it for you. You’re there a minimal of time and I not only enjoyed the service but it was very accurate, fast snd exactly what was discussed.
