Took my car in and had suspension work strut and shocks, rotors, brakes and tires.. they gave me an estimate for quality parts but when I looked at what they installed was the cheaper brand parts, my car had a squeak on the right side that they couldn't fix and had no idea what it was, so instead of taking responsibility they installed something in my car with out permission that I didn't need just to cover the labor for checking the squeak problem when it should of been free of charge.. my car didn't sound the same after ta... read more
Muy mal los precios son muy altos fui por una alineación y los amortiguadores estaban malos me dijieron que me los cambiarían y solo me cambiaron dos delanteros por 1300 dólares y la alineación no iba incluida ósea no sé la hicieron aparte se les quiebra una pieza y ni te contactan para decirte que se les dañó una pieza que vale tanto solo se la ponen y te lo agregan a la cuenta no recomiendo la verdad
I gave them a phone call asking about bringing a car into be fixed not only did they give me an insane price.they told me to bring the car in on Labor Day and then proceeded to be closed don’t waste your time here

Took my car in for an alignment after doing major suspension work with a trusted mechanic. Despite clear “toe-in” issues, the shop claimed the tie rods were maxed out, still charged me $80, and didn’t adjust anything. When I returned after replacing the knuckle, they were dismissive, saying they wouldn't work on my car unless I got new tires, and claimed they were too busy—despite the shop being empty.
