We blew out a trailer tire on the highway. We went into Purcell tire and they got right on it .got two new tires and was out in 20 min. Absolutely amazing service thank to the crew . You guys are great amazing people. I would highly recommend them for any and all tire needs
In town on first half of road trip. Noticed on my drive, car pulling to one side. Called for an alignment-hoping that would be it and they would not try to upsell me on service when they saw I was from out of town. They did not. They got me in very fast. Took great care of me-alignment was very much needed but that was it. Explained the service given. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Best customer service! Adam and Melvin in Idaho Falls had us out and back on the road in no time. Traveling from Utah to Montana, blowout on the 5th wheel. Got us taken care of in no time. Great place to do business.

Best Pit Crew Ever ! While traveling and pulling a fifth wheel trailer, i stopped to fill up fuel and discovered i had a low trailer tire. I stopped in at Jacks Tire and Oil in Idaho Falls ID, I was asked to drive around back where i was greeted by a cheerful person that was guiding me in to a clean, organized, well lit bay. They got right to it and filled the tire, removed it to dunk it and find the leak, repaired it and reinstalled it. They torqued the wheel, and checked the other tires for air pressure.
