Jack's Solar placed a solar PV system on our roof in October. There was one issue where one of the insulated connections was bad (which was not their fault), and they came out and corrected everything quickly and got the system back up to full speed. Throughout the entire process, Jack and Derick were good to deal with. And, we just received our bill from last month, and it was MINUS $15! Great to invest in your home when it pays you back every month.
I am only giving one star so that this review will show up. It took 3 weeks and 5 phone calls to have Derick finally come and look at our broken solar panel . He didn't call ahead to let anyone know he was coming, so no one was home. He provided to leave a note with the cost of the repairs. We contacted the owner Jack and agreed to only replace the one panel that was broken at this time, and not spend the $1,400 to replace all the panels, since only the one was broken.
