Jack's Solar placed a solar PV system on our roof in October. There was one issue where one of the insulated connections was bad (which was not their fault), and they came out and corrected everything quickly and got the system back up to full speed. Throughout the entire process, Jack and Derick were good to deal with. And, we just received our bill from last month, and it was MINUS $15! Great to invest in your home when it pays you back every month.

Ignored after install I was really pleased with installation and service in the past but can no longer get a response from Jack's Solar. Phone message says they are extremely busy but will call back within 24 hours. After 6 weeks I received an apologetic call and was assured I was "on the list." That was more than 5 weeks ago. Have they gone out of business??? Don't know, can't get a response. Sad. They used to be good. Not anymore.

I am only giving one star so that this review will show up. It took 3 weeks and 5 phone calls to have Derick finally come and look at our broken solar panel . He didn't call ahead to let anyone know he was coming, so no one was home. He provided to leave a note with the cost of the repairs. We contacted the owner Jack and agreed to only replace the one panel that was broken at this time, and not spend the $1,400 to replace all the panels, since only the one was broken. I would recommend staying away from this place from the start Obvious case of not having integrity. I called to schedule a quote for solar pool heating and had a scheduled appt during my lunch break. No show / no call. I phone Jack 35 mins later inquiring and got his VM. I did not receive a return call until the next morning apologizing that "Cody" was supposed to arrive but left "sick as a cat".
