This is the second time Jack's septic service came out the same day needed. He had a major job at my mother's house a year ago. I called him this morning and they were here at 3 pm. The guy said it was as bad as my mom's. Took him 3 hours that normally take less than an hour. He asked when the last time and it was over 20 years. I asked the time frame of when I should get service and he said 3 to 4 years. He told me what to do on they left. Great local business. Jetting 2 lines at our church cost $1500. They didn’t have the proper equipment to get one of the drain covers off, so just guessed there must be an issue. We even assisted in parts of the process. Felt like we needed to talk them into checking things. Had to have another company come in that was going to charge $1000 less, but refused payment when they were able to properly diagnose the issues without jetting lines.
Jack's Septic Service responded very quickly to my inquiry, calling me back within 15 minutes of leaving a message. They were able to come out the same day and do a full system inspection/scope/pump out. This was instrumental in allowing me to close on a house purchase on time. I would also recommend them for septic dye testing, as they do a very thorough job and will identify a failing system properly.
