We recently moved into a newly renovated home that was built 39 years ago. We couldn't find the septic tank. We called Jack's Septic Service and Tim came out within two days (there was no rush or emergency on our part), which was sooner than we expected. Tim quickly found the tank using a camera device, dug up the two hatches, and pumped the tank. He gave us a thorough evaluation on the state of the tank and also found that the vent pipe needed repair. We will have risers installed and have the vent pipe repaired by Jack's. ... read more
We had an emergency septic/electrical issue and so grateful for the support Jack, Tim, and Rick gave us and willingness to come on a SATURDAY morning to meet with the electrician to handle this project. They are our go to for regular maintenance as well!
