The experience that I had with Jack septic service was terrible not at first, but it ended up being terrible. We were quoted 475 for tank that was full. It was three years since we had it emptied and we agreed on 475 and then he text my husband and states is gonna be $900 to do the same thing other septic companies will do for like three $400. So if you wanna be ripped off or if you have money to burn, then you go there, but I wouldn’t suggest it.
I can’t say enough about my experience with Jack’s. I had a failing septic in an EXTREMELY tight spot between my deck, pool and flower gardens. Jack gave my a very reasonable price and got it done quickly. His crew of Tim and Rick showed right on time, worked all day(til 7:30pm) to get the difficult job done. Tim worked the excavator with surgical precision, avoiding, the deck, flowers and fence. To put it simply, these guys are pro’s!
I am an executor for the estate of my brother in law who passed away suddenly a few months ago. Among the few assets in the estate was a house that he and my deceased sister renovated. In a long ago life it was a railroadman’s shack that sat along the trolly/train tressel on the line from Syracuse-Manlius-Cazenovia. It took a long time to get the house ready to sell. Jack and his team were responsive and proactive about getting my tank serviced in a tight time frame. They made the job a priority, and did great work!
