I had an issue with my bill and John personally drove to my house to apologize and give me a check for the difference. It was my first time dealing with him personally and he was very professional.
The response time was amazingly fast and they did a great job draining the tank which is right in the middle of a flower bed. He took time to answer my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!
My plumbers made a call and he was here within an hour, ready to rock. I was lucky that our clean out is above ground. That saved time and probably a couple of bucks. Tim was friendly, good humored and very professional. The price was right - a surprise because I’d not done this before. But definitely reasonable. Thanks for the great service.
Literally go with anyone else. Wish we had. We did not have an emergency. We had a scheduled appointment that we waited all day for, checked in at 6pm when we’d heard nada, and suddenly the guys are dispatched when they said they were headed home. Sounds like a you problem, Jack.
