I purchased a new gravely 52 in”mower and my yard looked horrible when I cut it l had the shop come look at it they came out several times to evaluate the problem but the mower was working fine so I asked if I could change to a different model and they were able to upgrade me to a larger unit so I am very pleased with the adjustments made for me they delivered the same day outstanding customer service

I purchased a new gravely 52 in”mower and my yard looks horrible when I cut it I’ve had the shop come look at it but they say that’s how it’s supposed to cut , I used to love cutting my lawn I had the best looking lawn on my street with my old mower everyone complemented me but no longer the new mower streaks my lawn it looks horrific after cutting I hate using it something is wrong with the cutting deck blades but I can’t get any help I just wasted 5000 I wish I could post the pictures so all can see how bad it looks I’m go... read more
