Why would you tell your customer there are 2 people ahead of him, then do nothing for about a week until he calls to see what's up, then all of a sudden it will take 2 more weeks because you have to order parts? You couldn't have ordered the parts when the mower was first dropped off? Did you just forget? I don't understand modern day customer service.
Been going here since 2004 buying quality lawn products that will last for DECADES, not 2 or 3 years. The owners are very knowledgeable hard working people that take care of what they sell. Highly recommend!
Might be great, but I've never been able to make it when it's actually open. Says open until 6, last 2 days it definitely wasn't.
